Invitation to Exhibit and Sponsor

The annual Delaware GIS Conference provides an opportunity to exchange ideas, share knowledge, and network with other professionals in the region. Each year this conference draws more than 200 geospatial professionals from a wide array of backgrounds including decision-makers, managers, educators, and state and local government staff.

The Delaware Geographic Data Committee invites you to showcase your organization during Delaware GIS 2008: A Spatial Network as a Corporate Sponsor, Exhibitor, or both. Our venue this year is the Sheraton Dover Hotel in Dover, Delaware. A large, centrally-located atrium will provide ample space for all exhibitors. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit your booth during scheduled exhibitor times and during morning and afternoon breaks.

Giveaways
We ask exhibitors to bring items for both our lunchtime and closing plenary giveaways. If you prefer a fishbowl giveaway from your booth, that will count as a closing plenary giveaway.
